You should always get a time stamp (HTTP Time-stamp) that specifies the time
that a file is received at the designated site. You will also always get a 997
response back from El Paso EDM site, verifying the completion of the
translation process and a quick response document returned.

Chart time will be loaded with other late nominations and will be evaluated.
Intraday will be REJECTED WITH FATAL ERROR. |

Non-pathed nominations should be sent for all storage transactions and
transactions involving supply aggregation (SA) contracts. Path nominations are
sent for all other transportation services. |
