Instructions for Establishing EDM Service
with Tennessee Gas Pipeline                        

1. Notify the Tennessee Gas Pipeline EDI Coordinator listed below specifying that you desire to become an EDI customer.

2. A Trading Partner Agreement will be sent to you detailing the establishment on an electronic address, data sets that are to be transacted EDI, and the time period involved.

3. Once signed, return the agreement to the TGP EDI Coordinator for TGP signature. When the agreement has been fully executed by TGP, a copy will be mailed to you for your records.

4. A test period will then transpire to ensure all data exchanges are working before transacting production data. The testing should take two to three weeks.

5. Once the test period is complete, you will be able to transact business EDI via the Trading Partner Agreement specifications.
