Introduction

This section is applicable for all entities involved in the transportation of gas on the Tennessee Gas Pipeline system.


How to View Scheduled Quantities

Navigation

Navigate to the Nominations application and click the + (plus sign) to view the expanded contents of the application. Click the + (plus sign) next to the Scheduled Quantities folder; then double-click the Scheduled Quantity for Service Requestor sub-folder to display the Scheduled Quantity (for Svc Req) screen.

How To View Scheduled Quantities for Service Requester Contracts

  1. Enter the service requester contract number in the Svc Req K field, if known. Otherwise, use the drop-down menu for a list of service requester contracts. Select the correct contract. Click for OK, or click for Cancel.
  2. Enter the Flow Date or click the drop-down arrow to select a date from the calendar.
    NOTE: The default date is the current day’s gas day.
  3. Enter the Flow Time or click the drop-down menu to select a time and a cycle.
    NOTE: The default time is 9:00 Timely Cycle.
  4. Click the Retrieve button.
    NOTE: The system will update the TSP, TSP Name, Analyst, Svc Req, Svc Req Name and TOS fields. These fields are not editable.
  5. To view the Discrepancy Options (GISB required) at the bottom of the matrix, click one of the following four options:
     
  6. Click the Totals tab to view the totals for the contract or pool.
  7. To view SA at a pool level, select the Pool tab. Click the drop-down menu and select a pool or enter the Loc Prop number in the field to the right of the drop-down box. Press the Tab key to display the nominations for the selected pool.
  8. Click Options to view data in the following formats:
     

View Contract Information

  1. Click on Form (GISB required) to view all the information for one route without scrolling. The Svc Req K, Flow Date, and Flow Time fields are editable. Select a different service requester contract by entering another service requester contract number in the Svc Req K field; then click Retrieve. To change the date, click the drop-down box or enter the date manually. To change the Flow Time, click the drop-down box. Click the Matrix button to return to the matrix.

Navigate to the Flowing Gas application; then click the CIB Contractual Imbalance sub-folder.

NOTE: The Navigational Links drop-down menu has location and service package look-ups. The Processing Functions that are used on this screen serve as sort and filter functions.

Allocation and Imbalance Screens

  1. Click the TSP field to select the appropriate pipeline.
    NOTE: Tennessee Gas Pipeline is the default.
  2. Click the Svc Req Prop drop-down menu and enter the proprietary code.
  3. Enter the activity period, or use the drop-down calendar to select a date.
  4. Click the Retrieve button. Customer service requester contracts should appear with applicable allocated data. Both actual and operational month-to-date imbalances/percentages will appear.
  5. If more detail is required for a specific row, highlight the row and click the Meter Level button. Each meter involved in the contractual imbalance will appear with scheduled and allocated information.
  6. For daily information on a specific meter, highlight the row and click the Daily Level button. The daily month-to-date data will be displayed.
  7. Click the X in the upper right corner to exit the screen.
